Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: March 19, 2020


For the health and safety of our employees working at our in-store branches located inside Walmart Supercenters at 10991 San Jose Blvd Jacksonville, Florida and 1505 County Rd 220 Orange Park, Florida and to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we will temporarily close both these locations at 12:00 noon today, March 19th. Both branches will reopen once restrictions are lifted and it is safe to do so.

Drive-thru services are available at our 4651 Emerson Street location and we are fully staffed and ready to serve you. While our Northside Branch located at 550 Dundas Drive has both lobby and drive-thru services available, we highly recommend using the drive thru whenever possible. 

For your convenience, our self-service resources are available to you 24/7.  Members are encouraged to download the MyCoast app in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Through the app, you can complete transactions such as check deposits, loan payments, bill payments, transfers and more. You can also access your account by calling ART, our audio response teller available at 904-346-1700 or 1-800-444-1811, option 2.
