Transfer Out Option

If you would like to be able to transfer funds from your account to another member's account 24/7 using CoastNet or ART, then you will love our Transfer Out Option. All you have to do is contact us via e-mail*, phone or in-person and request us to set it up for you. Once you are set-up you will be able to make transfers whenever you please using CoastNet or ART. If you are transferring funds from a savings account, please be aware that Reg D limits electronic transfers to 6 per month. Please choose one of the following options:

Option 1:
If you are a joint owner on the account that you want to transfer money into, please  contact a MSR (Member Service Representative) at 346-1700 option 3 by phone, fax,
e-mail* or in person and tell us which account(s) you want set up to receive your transfers.

Option 2:
If you are not a joint owner on the account that you want to transfer funds into, you will need to have the receiving member fill out an Account Transfer Release Form. The signed form gives us permission to set up the transfer out option and to display the receiving member's name and account number on your account in CoastNet and ART. You can reassure the recipient that you will not be able to see their account balance.  If you would like to set up the transfer out feature on a non-joint account you can download the Account Transfer Out form from our website www.coastlinefcu.org and go to the On-Line Documents web page.  You can also call 904-346-1700 and ask the Receptionist to mail, fax or e-mail you the form. When we receive the signed form, we will then set up your transfer out option.

* E-mail is not a secure means of communication. Please do not put your account number or any type of information that can be used to verify your identity in your e-mail.  Send us a phone number so that we can contact you directly to provide the information we need to set up the Transfer Out option on your account.
